How do I create an account?
Click on "Create account", fill in the form and confirm your email address.
I forgot my password.
Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent by email.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account from your profile settings.
Buying a Business
How do I contact a seller?
Open the listing and click on "Contact the seller".
Can I visit a business before buying it?
Yes. Visits are organised directly with the seller or their representative.
Are the listings verified?
KAVVOON moderates listings and encourages account verification. However, each buyer must carry out their own checks before any transaction.
Selling a Business
How do I publish a listing?
Create an account, choose your plan if necessary, then fill in the publication form.
Can I edit my listing?
Yes. You can edit your listing at any time from your personal dashboard.
How long does my listing stay online?
The duration depends on your subscription and the options chosen.
Agencies & Brokers
Can I create a professional account?
Yes. Agencies, brokers and professionals have a dedicated space to manage multiple listings.
How do I get the "Verified" badge?
After validation of your identity or your business by our team.
Subscriptions & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are secured and processed via Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes, unless you disable automatic renewal before the due date.

How do I report a listing?
Click on "Report this listing" from the listing page.
How do I report a user?
From their profile, click on "Report a user".
How do I avoid scams?
Never send money without verifying the seller's identity, documents and the business. Take the time to carry out all necessary checks before any transaction.

I can't log in.
Check your email address, password and internet connection. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Make sure your images are in an accepted format and that their size complies with the allowed limits.
